March 14-15

If you will discipline yourself to make your mind self-sufficient you will thereby be least vulnerable to injury from the outside. Author: Critias of Athens



Sunday: banana, oatmeal, 15 grapes
1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/5 cup cheese, 2 small Canadian bacon (45 cal for both), 2 low calorie wheat toast, spread, no sugar jam
celery, carrots, 3 tbles dip, 1/4 cup peanuts, 1 apple
6 oz turkey, 1.5 cup potatoes, 1/3 cup spinach, 2 tblesp butter (non-salted) 1/4 cup cranberry sauce, pudding, 9 choc eggs

Monday
banana, oatmeal, 10 grapes
1 egg, 1 eggwhite, Canadian bacon 2, 2 toast w/jam
10-12 choc eggs, 1 pear, 5 grapes, celery, carrots
2 cups turkey pot pie ( ate most of crust) 1 low cal. wheat bread. 1/4 peanuts
2 cups popcorn, 1 n/a beer
