chicken with mushroom/onion, 1/4 cup rice, spinich, water, apple
cauliflower 1/2, celery 1/4, 20+ chips, 3tblsp dip, 40 peanuts (nosalt)
2 Texas toast 300 calories, 2/3 c whole wheat pasta, 2/3 c meat sauce, 2 8oz milk
